Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: - Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. - Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment. - Rescheduling within 24 hours is only allowed once. Late Arrivals - If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. Refund Policy - Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another service. - No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
